Use LS snippet suggestions for records

Description: Right now if the user wants to create a nested record they need to select the <add-type> template and select the Expressions tab, where within the Expressions tab the record type template is provided.

But for a new user they may not find this record template at once as the user needs to navigate to the Expressions tab from the default suggestions tab

Describe your solution(s) Ballerina lang-server provides record snippets suggestions. we could use these snippets suggestions to display them in the Suggestions tab so that the user will be able to quickly identify and will be able to easily create nested records Related Issues (optional):
