Agent helm chart improvement
Description
In the Agent Helm chart, the following changes need to be made to allow configuration via values.yaml:

Disable Cert Manager from the chart and use a namespaced Issuer instead of a ClusterIssuer.
-
Configure a secret for the admin username and password, and read the credentials from values.yaml.
