[Publisher Portal] Refreshing “Add Document” Page Triggers Error Page

Description

Refreshing the “Add Document” page in the API Publisher Portal leads to a error page with the message:

"Oops! This is embarrassing. Something went terribly wrong. Will you please refresh and try again."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to the API Publisher Portal.
2. Open an API (or create a new one).
3. Go to the “Documents” tab → click “Add New Document”.
4. On the document creation form, press F5 or the browser refresh button.
