Description

When creating an API using OpenAPI 2 definitions on APIM 4.3.0, an unrelated error message is displayed on the UI. This occurs when creating the same API with some resource changes and with a different API name and context.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an API using OpenAPI 2 definitions (Example OA2 definition).
2. Make some changes to the resources of the same definition.
3. Attempt to create the API again with a different name and context.
4. Observe the error message displayed on the UI.
