Missing several key manager types in APIM 3.2.X

Description

When adding new key managers in APIM 3.2.x following types can be seen in the options given in the admin portal add key manager page.

Moreover, it has been noticed that the key manager jars associated with the missing key managers are absent in the latest U2 update pack for API Manager 3.2.x.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to admin portal
2. Navigate to Key Managers -> Add Key Manager
3. Click drop down list for Key Manager Type
