Audit report not getting updated after fixing the definition

Description

Audit report not getting updated after fixing the definition. If page is refreshed, the audit report gets updated

Also when you click an item in the audit repo, page crashes

Steps to Reproduce

1 Enabling 42Crunch as mentioned in https://apim.docs.wso2.com/en/latest/design/api-security/configuring-api-security-audit/ and view the Audit report 2. Go to the definition tab and fix the definition based on the report 3. Go to the audit tab again. The previous error is still there

Refresh the page and check the audit report will show the latest result
