Description

Page needs to be refreshed after trying to add a tag longer than 30 characters.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an API
2. Add a tag longer than 30 characters and press enter
3. The error "The tag exceeds the maximum length of 30 characters" is shown below the tag input field
4. You cannot add a separate tag within the limits and save until the page is refreshed
