Describe the bug

No build for Fedora 39 in COPR repo. I think you just need to trigger a rebuild for the fedora 39 chroot.

Steps to Reproduce

Doesn't work

dnf copr enable wslutilities/wslu
dnf install wslu -y

Cleanup

dnf copr remove wslutilities/wslu

Works

dnf install wslu --repofrompath 'wslu38,https://download.copr.fedorainfracloud.org/results/wslutilities/wslu/fedora-38-$basearch/' --setopt=wslu38.gpgkey=https://download.copr.fedorainfracloud.org/results/wslutilities/wslu/pubkey.gpg' -y

Expected behavior

Package available for Fedora 39.
