Error on open

Windows Pro 19.09 latest updates Latest installer downloaded today. Two distros installed. Standard ubuntu 1804. Custom Ubuntu 1910 from daily download.

On open, generates the following error

"Expecting element 'root' from namespace ".. Encountered 'None' with name ", namespace"..

Clicking continue, does not show list of current distros. wsl --list does.
