Install tinyurl issue

Hi,

I had and issue with the install instructions at https://blog.openshift.com/introducing-a-new-backup-cartridge/ but removing tinyurl and replacing with the resolved full URL's fixed both initial install and client registration.

Though this info may help anyone else with similar issue
