Volume of the streamed sound is very low

Hi William,

Thanks for your good work. I have incorporated your library in our project in which we use the lib for playing rtsp live audio stream from wowza. But apparently when we use this player the volume on the device becomes very low. And when we try playing the same stream with android native media player then the volume is very good. I do get some extra noise with native media player which seems to be cancelled in FFmpegMediapPlayer but it also seems to bring volume down. Kindly check and let me know if this is low volume issue can be resolved.
