could yours project supportdynamic .pls live audio streams?

This feature would not be easy to implement. But would yours project support live radio streams, which are based on .pls files, which content is being changing at The time? So .pls file is automatically being changed on The stream server which streams The radio. How complex would be to support dynamic live .pls streams?
