invalid database objects

After following the steps to create a oracle-12c docker images, I try to use impdp to import a DB pump file an it failed. After checking the error message on oracle forum, found that some database object is invalid: Using SQL : select * from dba_registry; Result : CATALOG and CATPROC is invalid
