There's a difference between "I want users to pick their torch version manually" and "I need to have torch installed before I can even know what dependencies this library has"....

Can confirm. My guess it's a missing `__init__.py` in `mmaction/models/localizers/drn`.

There's a missing include of openCV's videoio module: So, `#include ` should be added to the example's `main.cpp`. With that I'm able to compile the examples.

Yes, that's right, I couldn't find it either. Maybe @FranklynJey can add it here as I can't do that anymore, unfortunately.

@keroe @FranklynJey it’d be super awesome if you could publish that lib as it’s also very useful for other tasks. I guess @JohannesBeck wouldn’t object.
