As it is possible to drag sticky window from any point of the window, it is currently not possible to select some text (say to move or delete). Not sure...

It could be that Webchat is fixed by https://github.com/igniterealtime/Fastpath-webchat/pull/11 so it could be released and listed again on plugins page.
