pgshift.process() doesn't scale very well when the dump file is large

Is there anyway we can overcome this? Says we do `pg_dump` without data for analyzing the schema only and full `pg_dump` for uploading and loading from s3 to redshift? Not...

Process method makes erroneous csv file

Process method finds "\.\n" to detect termination of a file. But file consisting with only "\.", without no newline is processed with erroneous csv file in to s3.
