Clandestine Files PlugIn for Writemonkey doesnt seem to work for me

I tried out to copy the clandestine files in the plugIns directory but I couldnt get it wo work

creating or opening a *.md textfile, some random text and pressing CTRL+E+L doesnt get it to work

This plugin is for wm 2.x, not compatible with 3.x. i.
