Repository saves separately.

I'm migrating from the previous write monkey version and am a huge fan of the notes system integrated into the text file.

WM3 has a similar repository, but it doesn't save with the file. So, if I open the file on another device all my notes disappear. Can this be changed? Or is there a work-a-round?

Right now only inline notes:

are part of the document.
