Location of user files

I've done a lot of customizing WM3 and certainly like that it can be customized so much. However after a few crashes and one update (Beta 8 ->9) I've concluded that if ALL the user files were stored where the databases are stored rather than with the main program files (In windows that's "C:\Users<username>\Appdata\Local\Writemonkey 3" it would make all upgrades, fixing crashes or reinstallations so much less time consuming and error prone. O f course the program would need to search for settings, themes, templates, and sounds in two places but would really help and seems like a more robust way of organizing the program's files.
