Improve default window size on initial launch

The first time the WriteFreely for Mac app is launched, the window's size feels too short in its aspect ratio:

Additionally, the sidebars don't feel wide enough (after logging in):

When the user makes any changes to the sidebar width or window size, it will be remembered between launches, but this isn't a great first-run experience.
