Merge our GitHub WRFotron with Christoph's GitLab WRFotron

Christoph has an updated WRFotron public on GitLab 🥳

It would be useful to combine effort on this moving forward.

Register (button top right) to join, comment, add issues, etc.

There is a leeds_setup branch over there with the docs and other Leeds specific things.

Remaining things to do:

• Host docs on GitLab Pages via readthedocs or similar.
• Merge leeds_setup branch into master
• Keep (and maintain) or archive this GitHub repo (e.g., for reference, old issues, etc.).
