tests/em_real/namelist.input.jan00: num_metgrid_levels wrong

I'd assume the namelist.input.jan00 should be consistent with the Dafault Case in the ARW Online Tutorial.

That's not the case. In the tutorial, the GFS data has 27 levels and 2 soil levels. The namelist has num_metgrid_levels = 32, num_metgrid_soil_levels = 4,

I can second this. In fact, the ARW online tutorial says here that they default file should work for the case. It lists some lines that should be double-checked for accuracy, including the num_metgrid_levels value, but it does not indicate that the num_metgrid_soil_levels value may not be correct for the default case.
