The "dominant" option in GEOGRID.TBL files is ambiguous

Several GEOGRID.TBL files contain entries with the dominant keyword, which isn't a documented keyword. The two possible keywords for requesting the dominant category for a field are dominant_category and dominant_only, and due to the poorly formulated parsing code in source_data_module.F, the "dominant" keyword is interpreted as "dominant_category".
