Re-include wrench-example-cloud-bag-of-tasks-energy example in run_all_examples.sh.in

Due to a bug in SimGrid 3.32, which is being investigated but will likely prove to be very challenging, the wrench-example-cloud-bag-of-tasks-energy example can hang on some systems and is now skipped in the run_all_examples.sh.in script template. Once this is fixed in SimGrid, and the fix is released as part of a SimGrid version (perhaps 3.32.1?), then this example should be re-activated.
