Facebook and Twitter embed issues

I have recently been having issues with embedding Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, I managed to solve the Instagram issue by adding /embed on the end of the the Instagram url "https://www.instagram.com/p/CnunYwzJ90S/embed", but could not find any solution for Twitter and Facebook.

Do you know of any similar solutions for Facebook and Twitter?

FYI Facebook access token has been added to the setting of the plugin.

@LukeAndrewColeman I'll look into this but I'm wondering if this might be an issue with embed/embed itself.

Regardless I'm doing a ton of tweaks ATM I'll see what I can find today
