I solved a requirement raised by @PritamIT2023 .

This change was requested by him.

He wanted a key named service which will contain: phone or email (I don't remember the exact term) from frontend.

I hope now it is clear, for any further enquiries, contact @PritamIT2023 .

Seems like @anantakumarghosh got confused. Service name key wan't used to identify email or phone. It was required to identify caller api. Now it is not required.

Will work on this later. Putting on hold for priority issues. This issue will also be worked on, at a point while solving priority issues.
