Listing Title Filter Hook

At the moment it seems like there is an issue with other plugins hooking into the title filter hook. The issue is when the title gets outputed somewhere else (eg in contact form 7 mails) but doesn't render any additional HTML. It might be useful to think about a title_before and a title_after hook to prevent such cases.
