Order by Price does not work on Taxonomy Pages

For some reason it seems to be working fine on general listing pages and orders mixed (sale and rent) properties according to the price (eg. all rent objects together and all sale objects together). On taxonomy pages this work somehow different and return mixed results (rent and sale prices mixed).

This needs to be streamlined and fixed.
