Option to exclude unavailable listings from displaying in listings, search results,...

Some users suggest an option to exclude the unavailable properties from different areas on the website. Would be good to have a choice about where to include/exclude them like in the listings (update of the shortcode needed?), search results or maybe even fully exclude them from everywhere.
