Raise error when -e vp/vt but no API token given

When enumerating vulnerable plugins/themes, if there is no API token given, nothing will be output. This is the expected behaviour, however an error should be raised before doing the enumeration, to warn users that they would need an API token (otherwise that's a waste of time)
