Consider allowing turning off methods for instance/collection with controller.methods

This would be a great improvement. I think most people will want to disable delete on collections of items. I'm currently having to use middleware to prevent this operation. If there's already a better way to prevent delete on collections but allow it on individual items I would love to know :)
