OKFest + Wikimania Travel Reimbursement

  • SFO -> TXL, LHR -> SFO. = $1,588.02 (confirmed)
  • Rail or fllight Berlin -> London = $230 (to be purchased)
  • 4 Night accomodation london $40 USD / night = $160 (to be purchased)
  • subtotal $1978

$1978 * 2 (@notconfusing and @wrought) = $3956 (USD) total

I will also attend both events but have not made detailed travel plans yet. I would estimate something like

  • Registration: 150 EUR
  • Train Jena ==> Berlin ==> Jena: 60 EUR
  • 3 nights of accommodation in Berlin at 40 EUR each: 120 EUR

(subtotal: 330 EUR) for OKFest and

  • Registration: fees not clear yet, but I expect something like 50 EUR
  • Train Jena ==> London ==> Jena: 250 EUR
  • 4 nights of accommodation in London at 60 EUR each: 240 EUR

(subtotal: 540 EUR) for Wikimania, i.e. a total of 870 EUR for both events.

Registration fee for both events has already been paid by WMDE for @notconfusing, @wrought and me, as per #44 and #45.
