Improve `box component available` (0.17.1)

The box component available command should:

• Filter out deprecated boxes (maybe later include them with a switch, but not now)
• Filter out earlier patches for each major.minor (do include a switch to show all)
• Group by Component Type (aka Interface), e.g. wordpress/dbserver, etc.

We should discuss longer term infrastructure but short term just get it done.
