Log all outbound HTTP request traffic

I think it would be helpful, if for no other reason than to diagnose box performance issues if we could log all outbound HTTP request traffic (URLs) that originates from within the box.

Mick: One potential way is to have all containers make use of a Squid proxy container.

In addition, we should be able to block outbound traffic except for that which is whitelisted, and blocked traffic should notify the user when it happens.
