Add Debug run option for hardware sim

There's two options for debugging right now:

Can Hardware Sim be added as a third option? It could have a label like "WPILib Desktop Debug w/Attached Hardware" or similar.

I realize the run result is fundamentally the same, but for anyone who specifically uses the debug window it makes your workflow more straightforward.
