sphinxext-rediraffe Relicencing

Hi,

This project currently uses the MIT licence. Sphinx itself uses the BSD-2-Clause licence, and I tend to use 0BSD OR CC0-1.0 for projects (e.g. the PEPs tools, sphinxcontrib-jquery, or roman-numerals).

I would like to relicence this project under either of the above, for simplicity. To do so, please could everyone listed below leave a comment to confirm you are happy to licence your past contributions to this repo under 0BSD OR CC0-1.0?
