Fails to load recordings

Describe the bug
Shuffleboard fails to load recordings, especially when the laptop is put to sleep before exiting the application. The application just seems to do nothing and pretend a playback was never attempted. Oftentimes, the recording prior to a match beginning will be saved and will correctly playback (ie when the robot is on the field before a robot code restart), then the actual match recording will be lost. This bug has occurred many times.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start recording
  2. Load playback

Expected behavior
The recordings would load and playback

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Java version: Open JDK 11
  • Version 2020.3.2

Additional context
We are recording a video stream (limelight feed + fisheye combined). We are also explicitly starting shuffleboard recording from code.
