Add option to programmatically specify grid size

The Shuffleboard API currently does not support setting the default grid size. It's kind of frustrating to have to adjust it manually.

It would be great if tab properties could be specified on GetTab(): Tile size, Show grid, Horizontal spacing, Vertical spacing. This way, there's no need to specify the default.
