To clarify, this is the CAN labels and colors that are wrong (I just spent 3 minutes staring at the power colors which looked right to me, and were).

No that's correct. It's just that the Orientation of the wires is wrong. The Roborio has L or Green on top which is not shown in the wiring diagram.
