Add TalonFX/CTRE example to ZTR

  1. Specify the Falcon 500 as the hardware for the CTRE examples. Here you can probably mention the PWM is using the KOP hardware.

  2. Handle inversion in the defining variables code box. It looks like it needs it for Java and both the CTRE examples.

  3. Remove the PWM boxes on both joystick control and test mode.

Do we want to set up the vendor examples code as RLIs too? I know they can't be in allwpilib due to dependency issues, but perhaps in a separate repo?
