Advanced Controls Simulations - Notify when sim is running and graph is "stale"

Once https://github.com/wpilibsuite/frc-docs/pull/1821 is merged...

  • When a sim is running real-time, clear the graph and overlay a spinny hourglass gif or darkened grey rectangle to indicate "calculation happening"
