DSLog Viewer Event Details improperly synchronized with dots on the graph view

When you hover over a dot on the "events" line of the DS Log Viewer the corresponding event is displayed in the "Details" pane at the bottom left. We are seeing dots on the 5th line are positioned incorrectly relative to the time contained in the event. Early events seem to be ok, but for later ones the dots are positioned too early. I don't have time right now to fully detail the behavior but as you get to later events the time discrepancy gets worse. I'll attach a log pair that exhibits the problem: DSLogs.zip The first event affected is the one at 4:54:44.758 which shows up on the graph at ~4:54:41.7 (these times PST, people in other timezones will see different hours). We have observed this in multiple logs from different teams.
