Add test to ADIS16448 simulation

Some tests for the ADIS16448 simulation, I may also get around to doing the ADIS16470 soon. #5136 Any suggestions are welcome, I may have been a little overzealous with the number of test cases. I have a snippet saved that also checks all port combinations, but that doubles the test count (approx 1600 tests total) and is most surely overcomplicated/unnecessary.
