408 Request Timed Out

I'm using WP 4.0 with the twentyfourteen theme. No other plugins at the moment. When I try to login using Password Protect, I get: 408 Request Timed Out Your browser didn't send a complete request in time.

I can log in as admin through .../wp-admin without issue.

Do you use any sort of caching on your site?

No caching on my site. I gave up on using this plugin.

I'm also getting a 408 for logged out visitors. I'm running WP 4.1.1, I don't use any caching plugins, and I tried disabling all my other plugins and using different browsers/computers, but that didn't help.

Are you still getting this problem with the recent released version 2.0.2?

If you were using the plugin before the 2.0.2 upgrade was it working previously?

Do you have a link to view and example of the issue?
