Namecheap Blocking
Hello,
Any solution on what can be done for this ? New installation of Wordpress with only the PP plugin and does not work. So I know it is 100% due to hosting. I need The PP feature, I know it's a great plug-in. Do I have to change my provider ?....Not that easy... Do you have a turn around ? Thanks for your help Manuel
I have a number of sites hosted with namecheap and am having this trouble as well, any insights would be greatly appreciated.
Their web site says "We even take care of all your caching needs with 3 different layers of advanced caching." so I imagine it's their caching setup that means the plugin won't work correctly.
Password Protected uses a cookie to store if a user is logged in. Only If their caching setup allows you to disable caching if a certain cookie is set, might it be possible to get it to work.
Hey all. I just had a live chat with the Namecheap people, and they said that my WP install is on their shared hosting service (not their EasyWP service) and does not have caching turned on.
They wanted me to ask and I quote, "Please contact the developer of this plugin in order to check what can be the cause of the issue and if the default Linux RAM caching can affect this plugin." I guess the only caching running on my shared host is whatever default Linux offers?
I'm out of my depth here, and will be a poor intermediary, but I'll try!
