Hi,
Something is wrong with your sendgrid api key, log to your sendgrid account to check that.
Thanks Yehuda. Sendgrid does not show the API key. They only show an API key ID number for "security" reasons. That is the number I use.
I reset the plug-in and re-entered all the fields again. No change.
