Enhacement : default content tab in settings

We have to provide "Default Content" setting tab.

In this tab, we have to give some options and input to add some default content for event same like below screenshot. As we are providing template override and hook feature to customize functionality and add content, but this would be easy for normal user or non-developer to handle site.
