Need to improve in doc for past event shortcode

In past event shortcode, need to remove "name" attribute from "orderby" clause cause we already giving orderby with event title so no need to give name wise sorting.Both will work same.

We are providing default order "DESC" not "ASC. so need to update in doc that default order will be "DESC".
