Rewrite & redirection in Faust plugin should default to off

User Story (Required)

As a site owner, I want to use Faust in a way that allows me to use traditional WordPress posts/pages in addition to headless posts/pages.

Acceptance Criteria (Required)

• [ ] “Enabling Post and Category URL Rewrites” is off by default on new installs
• [ ] “Enabling Public Route Redirects” is off by default on new installs
• [ ] Update appropriate tests
• [ ] Update documentation
• [ ] Existing sites should see no change in behavior

Technical Details

• What would this impact if users have to opt-in to redirects?
• Do existing blueprints need to be updated? Does their behavior change at all with these changes?
