Rename your (rather good) directive

Your chosen name for this project - "ngAutocomplete" - will lead most developers to believe (before reading further) that you've implemented a generic autocomplete service for use as an Angular directive.

But you haven't. You've made an autocomplete just for google places. It's very good, but would it not be better named "ngGooglePlacesAutoComplete" or similar?
